In fact, you don't share your credentials with DISE, you just log in into a telegram client like you do on your desktop or mobile, with the same message serving protocols and the same security.

DISE doesn't exchange auth tokens with telegram, so everything that happens in the telegram window stays in telegram and disappears when you close it. We don't have access neither to your account nor your chats, that's why we can't do actions on your behalf or work in the background.

We do control what happens on CRM side, processing the data you input into DISE like any CRM does, but other than that all the messages and updates are displayed from the local storage and never leave your device.

This is an intentional design that sets limitations on our functionality, but at this point we want to provide assistive tools and not take responsibility for your account. So even if DISE is compromised, there would be no access to your data and no way to connect to tg accounts.

We believe in separation of work and personal life, so we only sync chats in the folders you select. When you add a new chat to the folder it will automatically appear in Dise.
